Fix for scan showing threats that no longer exist
When Windows Defender detects a threat, it can still show in scans even after the file is removed.
Delete everything from this directory and from the Detection History directory (leave this directory). See Windows Defender keeps showing a threat that is no longer there. How to get rid of it?.
